Did you know Cascade Cuts grows a large share of the flowering plants on display at the Northwest Flower and Garden Show? We start taking orders in November, begin forcing in December, and shuffle hundreds of flats form cool to warm to cool houses throughout January and February all so that you can smell those lovely hyacinths. And how lovely they are!!! If you have not yet bought your tickets, now is the time. I can promise you the show will not disappoint. https://gardenshow.com/
While everyone else is celebrating the Winter Solstice we at Cascade Cuts are in the full swing of spring. Primroses, hyacinths, daffodils and rock tulips are all popping up! It can be head spinning in the nursery industry when it comes to figuring out exactly what season we are currently in. Staying one step ahead is our job. And it helps to keep our staff cheerful during the dark days of winter. Check our availability this week for our spring bulb offerings. Cheers and Happy Solstice Everyone!
Check out these charming cardinal pots stuffed with cyclamen and rosemary. You can find them at PCC Community Markets though out the Seattle area this week.
